Thin sliced bread like I grew up with. For someone who has difficulty swallowing this thin bread is great toasted or as sandwich bread

First, I don't consider this to be soft fresh white bread. It's much better when toasted. Nevertheless. It's ideal for making my mini ham sandwiches. Place sliced ham on a paper plate. Microwave for 45 secs. Cover with a slice of cheese. Toast the bread, then slip it around the ham & cheese with mustard or whatever. The thing is, this price is three times what it is at my grocery store.

Pepperidge Farm bread is just really really good bread. It doesn't taste like a large batch operation at all. My biggest complaint is the vendor here selling it. The price is sky high, and the shipping speed is just ground. I live on the West Coast, and it took nearly 5 days to get here. After it arrived, it was really only good for the first day or two.. any longer and it really starts to deteriorate. Again, because there is no rapid shipping option. A+ for product, D- on vendor.
