Very good product, gives a good all-round workout
I must say I do like this version of the Bullworker. Had my first one in 2005 (Bullworker X5), but someone stole it, so I purchased this as a replacement. Cable is good, build quality good, should last a good few years I expect, maybe longer. Cable is good and strengthens ones hands and fingers as well, which imo is a bonus.Personally, I do an isometric hold for a few seconds, plus 10-20 normal reps, using most of my strength each time. I can feel the difference, and the effect on my body, already. I have been doing pushups for a year and a half, but I developed a right shoulder injury, which is why I decided to get another Bullworker. I'm glad I did, because it gives you a different kind of workout to pushups, so you really can feel the benefits.

good piece of kit
Been a bull worker user since 18yrs old, used it off and on, had a couple over the years, I am 73 now and this one is shorter, perfect for my height and age, seeing good results quickly after a period of non activity, highly recommended, I need another with straps instead of wire to make leg exercises easier though

Good piece of kit.
Have several Bullworkers - Bow Classic, X5, Steel Bow. Have used the Bow Basic four times since it's arrival on Friday 02/06/2023. As far as I am concerned, it's the best one of the lot for the simple reason that it'e the most comfortable for me to use. I'm a bit short in arm length so, although I do use the Classic, I find it's a touch too long for some exercises. The 28" length of the Basic is just right for me. The spring, at 55lb is just right. At 71 years old I find that I get a good workout using the Basic although I do alternate using the Classic with an 80lb spring. The body of the Basic is aluminium, which makes it somewhat lighter, but it is well built. It comes with an exercise instruction sheet and a round rubber, non-slip mat. The only quibbles I have is (1) the numbers on the scale should be black - the numbers are lasered and they are almost white which, against an aluminium background, makes them difficult to read, and (2) the grey cover seems somewhat flimsy compared to my other Bullworkers. Apart from that, this is a good piece of exercise equipment. Happy to recommend.

Compact version of the famous Bullworker
I bought as a replacement for a 1980s version that had broken. Basically the compact version does a great job at toning. The box contained machine exercise chart and a small rubber mat to rest the Bullworker on for abdominal work. Seems well built and easy to use.

Excellent Value
I was toying with the idea of buying the Bullworker Classic, but bought the Basic instead as it was more economical. It does the job brilliantly, and I noticed an improvement in just a few days. No doubt the Classic version is even better, but the Basic does everything I need and is great value. Highly recommended.
