Lovely romance
This was a lovely romance about two people thrown together by circumstances, each with plans for their future that didn't include marriage and love to each other. I found the story entertaining but Sarah's reluctance to tell Braeden about her book rather annoyed me and Braeden assuming Sarah would want to go to Rome on his expedition without considering her feelings was annoying as well. Both Braeden and Sarah were selfish in that neither wanted to change their plans for the other or try to come to a compromise together. Both had a lot to overcome in their relationship. Like all romances, they finally worked out their differences but it took a separation for it to finally come about. Despite my annoyances with the hero and heroine, I truly enjoyed the romance between them. Only wish that Sarah's constant tears would have been less as she went through quite a lot at the beginning of her journey and it just didn't seem to fit the brave heroine she was at the start of the book.

Good
3.5*I love this series and I loved the characters Braeden and Sarah and all the secondary characters. The plot was intriguing. The chemistry and sexual tension was great and of course a hot highlander. Braeden and Sarah are strong willed people and very prideful and in the end that is what got in their way and clouded their thinking. Words said in the heat of anger break the heart and wounded pride can tear apart their budding love. Will time heal all wounds or prove there never really was a love to be had? This is my least favorite of the series mostly because it seemed to ramble on to long and I started to lose interest. I glad to say it drew me back in and I can't wait for the next book.

Hot for professor...:)
I really enjoyed the story of Sarah and Braeden and their ‘accidental marriage’. Braeden, a Scottish professor who was different than his rather non-scholastic family, and Sarah a young woman with a secret, meet as a result of a roadside incident. Although Braeden acts the gentleman to assist, things go from bad to worse, but maybe not. The two characters have an attraction to each other that just might make their situation bearable- it certainly heats things up!There is humor, emotion, an interesting story for the time period and characters from the series of related stories that add color to the tale.I would recommend this to romance readers and intend to go read others from this series too!

A Highly entertaining romance novel
A Highly entertaining romance novel and based only on this one book I bought the other 5 in the series.Love the strong minded women that knows what they want and the poor men that think they have everything figured out! Some books sends too much time on irrelevant details like pages full off scenery or descriptions of dresses or on love scenes that boarders on vulgar pornography. This was not at all the case in these books, it moved at a fast pace and you never get to the part where in some books you just wish they get to the point of the story!Very well done, I finished with the 1st book and are now onto the second and it is still quality writing!

Married, but didn't know it!!
Sweet romance; Lady Sarah is stranded on her way to the Highlands, and is helped by a handsome stranger (who wears spectacles!!). Little does she know that, at a country inn, when she declares that she and Braeden McKinnon are married (to cover for her ettiquette-challenged situation of being with a single man) she has actually married them!!! This happens in Scotland. Braeden, as it turns out, is a professor at the university in Edinburgh. Delightful story.

Great job
Once again you did not disappoint me. This book was great just like all the rest of this series. I will continue to follow this author and recommend her to my friends. I love the fact that they always get their happy ever after ending.

Sarah's Stories
Breaden and Sarah story was great. Hasn't sure what the drama would be. Though it didn't make sense for Sarah not to tell Breaden about her book. I do like that it was a good compromise. The women wasn't the only one giving up something. Great story will read the last in the series.

Somewhat boring and predictable
I was not enthralled by this predictable tale of an English lady attempting to visit her twin sister who had married a Scottish highlander and was ready to deliver her first child. Of course, Lady Sarah encountered difficulties on her journey and was joined by a most handsome, educated highlander to help her complete her trip. The rest, as they say, is history. You can fill in the blanks. If you enjoy romance, this is the book for you. Otherwise, feel free to give it a pass.

The Highlander's Accidental Marriage
This is a delightful story with a great deal happening to the main characters on their journey to the conclusion of their story. Wonderful read and couldn't put the book down. More lost sleep!!!!

Another highland wedding
This is a book ideal as a holiday read as it is not too taxing but sees the twins both married to men in the Highlands and has a satisfying HEA.

I found Sarah highly annoying and no idea why he fell for her
The story never quite flowed I found Sarah so annoying and the fact no fuss was made of a dukes daughter marrying a Scottish farmers son is ludicrous. How he fell for her is beyond me she seemed ridiculously immature and self absorbed.

Enjoyable fluff
I don't think this is the best book in this series, but it's still an enjoyable way to spend a rainy afternoon. After an accident Sarah is rescued by academic Scotsman Braeden who agrees to escort her to her destination. They develop the hots for each other, but each is determined to pursue their career goals rather than marry. Unfortunately Sarah's ignorance of Scottish law leads her to accidently wed Braeden, and they are stuck together for better or worse.Underneath the plot is a cautionary lesson about what happens when couples don't communicate. Sarah conceals her career from Braeden and he avoids telling her key things e.g. they are married. The communication misfires cause a lot of chaos. They are also a lot like real life, making this light novel an easy one to relate to.

Almost a success but.....
Book 6 - of the " Marriage Mart Mayhem Series " - Sarah is on her way to see her married twin sister in the Highlands when the carriage has an accident. Braeden is traveling home to the Highlands from his professor job in Edinburgh when he comes across Sarah and her maid in distress. As he lives near where Sarah is traveling to Braeden agrees to accompany them to their destination. This novel has many adventures going on as they travel and Sarah is portrayed as a young woman up for adventure and life. But in the second half of the story Sarah's character falls apart from the previous portrayal. The storyline was very good but a little excitement could have been developed in the second half of the book.
