Everything was there and they all seem well made don't do what I did because it's not safe but I went from a 14g septum to a 8g in one day and ears from 16g to 12g and there's been no problems whatsoever so yea it's good for the price like really good if you wanna stretch then yea these work good

IT CAME WITH ALL THE PIECES. I've just used it since I got it so some are in use or just lost already. they separate all the jewelry into little bags by guage I think the smallest is 14. the 0 gauge set out of the bag is a full set, the little hearts start at 6 and the second set is incomplete by my fault I just wanted to show another set. it did give my friend sore and hot ears but his are very sensitive. I had a pincer in my septum and it was fine. the plastic seems sturdy.

So I bought this kit because I really wanted to stretch my ears and didn't want to buy the pieces I'd need bit by bit.At first everything went really well, order came quick and all the sizes were nicely separated in individual bags by size. There were no directions which really should come with a kit like this but I can use google for that.Got the 14g in my piercings with no issues and everything was fine for about two or three days. Then I started have hot ears and when i went to clean them there was some clear signs of infection.I removed the little gauges and put my old piercings back in. I've ordered a different kit from another website that I think will work better for my ears. I'll still wear these as I go through the sizes but probably only once the skin is completely healed cause the spirals and pinchers are so cute.

I let my ears grow up for 5 years. They never completely closed. I haven’t been able to buy any plugs for them because I have no idea what size they are and on top of that they are two completely different sizes! This set helped me find my sizes and stretch the smaller one up to match my other side.

My stretching experience has been going well, I'm now at a 4g. Some people warned me against using acrylic to stretch my ears but it's been working for me.

Didn’t come with septum tapers or the hearts. The rest is okay
