writing review after 13 months of purchase, its no longer working i have throw it in garbage, with 12 months warrenty dont expect more than that to work

Product is good, works well for the router. I purchased this product in December 2023 and it worked well till July 2025. So easily helped me work from home seamlessly for more than 1.5 years. However after 1.5 years, it is dead now and has lost all its backup.Trying to find a replacement battery is costly.

Although the DG starts up in under 3 minutes at my society, it is enough to cut my Internet. And then, the wait before it connects again... many times, the power goes repeatedly and within minutes as well.I had earlier bought a different brand of Tiny UPS for the purpose of providing my Wi Fi with continuous power. It lasted less than 2 years, with the battery unable to hold any charge after a year!That was when I tried out this VGuard product - and for the last year, I have NEVER ONCE BEEN DISCONNECTED! The Battery appears to be as healthy as it was on the first day, although there must be some loss of charging ability.I am so impressed by the VGuard name, that I have 2 VGuard Voltage Stabilizers and 2 VGuard Geysers now - all of them working perfectly fine - Touch Wood!Highly recommended product, highly recommended company!

Very good product, I've been using since a year and half the battery life is excellent and honestly it has given me power back up of more 6hrs multiple times......!

Have been using it for a month now. No issues at all. Definitely a good buy! Body is cute round.. finishing could be better. Looks awesome on my table. Small enough to fit in gaps away from view if needed. Pune is famous for power cuts, and this baby gives a roaring 3.5 Hrs backup. (Then power came back, but I feel it had good amount of juice still left in it.) Super easy to install. No lag during power failure at all! The indicator is pretty easily visible during charging and discharging - good visual cue!I am very happy with this investment.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This UPS lasted only for one year and after one year it was useless. Not a good product.

I bought it in Jan 2024. Was working great till last week giving about 4 hours of backup. But now suddenly it has stopped working and there is no backup!!!Disappointed. At least this is a good brand and dont expect such battery life
