It’s perhaps top-5 autobiographies I have ever read … writing style is commendable and the distribution of topics is on point.I like the way Peter connects the story from beginning to the end, starting with Cyrus and ending with Cyrus … very atypical but it all makes sense when you finish reading the last page of the book.Ratan Tata is undeniably a superhero, however I think the book could have also dedicated more pages to JRD Tata … after all JRD is the longest serving chairman of Tata group. Not complaint, just feedback.I like how everything is connected to Tata culture and values, and how it talks about the whole art of building leaders.I recommend this book to all aspiring entrepreneurs, established small business owners and emerging corporate leaders … really good book!

This is one of the books that adequately summarises TATA group both in terms of an organisation as a corporate house as well as a intricate pieces that make TATA group standout, having worked with TATA group I can say this gives a good look into TATA ethos and people who are responsible for maintaining it , the tribute to taj employees is a special one, over all its a nice read .

A few pages are still left to complete the entire Book, my state of mind felt not refrained from writing a review on the clarity of presentation by Author. Peter's proximity with Tata specifically Ratan TATA, lit up his will to write on the modesty of TATA, emergence of TATA as an industrial Giant among others in India.. Illustration of TATA's hierarchy in the operationality, visionary managment and impeccable implementation of TATA's Policy towards the speculation of inclusive growth would not have been unearthed if this Book had been left unread. Business ethics and upright principle of TATA will remain among us a never ending source of inspiration
