Two Wedding Crashers: 2 (Dating by Numbers) Paperback – Import, 11 March 2018

(I voluntarily reviewed an eARC of the book for For The Love of Fictional Worlds)Meghan Quinn is like the Queen of Rom – Com – she writes books that have me not only laughing but also alternatively, blushing and swooning all over the characters that she writes.  Two Wedding Crashers by Meghan Quinn is the second book in the Dating By Numbers Series (how did I even miss the first book??) – but this one is a total standalone and while it had me VERY INTERESTED IN GETTING MY HANDS ON THE FIRST BOOK; I had no problem getting the hang of the plot, the characters and the secondary characters.  Rylee Ryan is a successful romance writer who has been struck with the dreaded “writers block” and is convinced by her best friends that seeing couples in love just might be the cure she needs; so she heads out to crash a wedding (‘cause that’s the normal progression of thought and behavior *giggles*). Beck Wilder ala The Rebel has been in a dating slump for a while now and as best friends are want to do; they urge him to crash a wedding his friends are attending. The promise of beautiful single woman at the backdrop of love is all the motivation he needs for this insane plan!  The first meeting between Rylee and Beck is as hilarious and as second hand embarrassing as is the talent of Ms. Quinn is known for.  I swooned. I blushed. I giggled. I laughed out loud like a hyena in public, I might add. And then I fell unequivocally in love with the characters; the plot and the writing style – who are flawed and yet definitely relatable to the echoes of the not so recent single girl still living in me!  Meghan Quinn is the master of putting together a plot with characters that not only the reader ends up empathizing with but also makes sure that the reader enjoys the joy of exactly what falling in love with romance is all about.

I’m going back through my TBR list and started with this book. Now I know what a “hunks” is when referenced on FB🤣 I wonder, is this our first introduction to Portsnow, Maine?Meghan has such deeply developed characters and storylines. This book has her typical LOL scenes and wild banter.She shows second chances in life can happen with Beck. He works hard at being given a second chance and shows his appreciation in thoughtful ways. Eventually he shares his history and is very vulnerable with Rylee. It’s good to read their interactions and support for each other.Rylee is hilarious with her writers block, rambling and creativity. One wouldn’t know she has insecurity issues with how well she tries to hide it. Their supportive friends are enjoyable and relatable too. They add to this creative storyline.And yes, there are steamy, hot bedroom scenes too! These two have chemistry!

What a fabulous book! Your books just get better & better Meghan Quinn! The more I read the more I want to read! This was brilliant & I'm loving this series!

Omg I have been waiting on edge for this and just finished.I cannot have been anymore thrilled with this crazy adventure that is Two Wedding Crashers!I seriously have never laughed so hard like I did with this story I was holding my stomach and crying at school pick up (thanks for making me look like a crazy hot mess) from crashing one wedding to going to Vegas and rekindling tradition and crashing a few more.Then of course I have to turn into a sappy sook when Vegas doesn’t end the way Vegas should!This book was absolutely perfect in every way!I fell in love with Beck in Three Blind Dates but holy crap way to make a girl swoon!If you want the alpha, the swooning, the absolutely pain in your stomach laughter and all the right words this is the book for you!!Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
