THE ONE Home Paint 2.5 Litres Water-based Wipeable Wall and Ceiling Paint (Navy)

After doing a test patch, we took the plunge & painted our bathroom ceiling navy blue! Pleased with the results. Great coverage but we will need a second coat - I can see how it could well only need one coat when used on a darker wall but painting over white it needs two. Highly pigmented, rich colour and great texture. Like the tin lid design as well. Stands up well in the bathroom (and ours is super wet as needs an extractor installed!) So use in bathroom or kitchen with confidence:)

Unbelievable. I painted over a tile effect polystyrene wallpaper painted in a dark green colour with one coat of this blue.Just a really good quality paint.

I’ve recently painted a ceiling with the Chalk option, which is the pure brilliant white of this collection. Following years of accepting the need for at least two coats, often an undercoat too, this quality paint was a pleasant revelation. Low-odour, nicely thick and delivered in a sturdy tin, this colour had a real job on its hands as the ceiling in question hadn’t had a refresh in about 20 years. Did not have my hopes up, despite calculating coverage, as the tin looked smaller than I’d hoped. I needn’t have worried - it went on smoothly and there was even a little left over for catching the odd area I’d missed. So impressed - dried quickly with none of the ‘paint smell’ that usually lingers for a few days. The room is looking much brighter and cleaner already. This amateur decorator is (almost) looking forward to finishing the rooms with other colours in the range; quality paints like this make a difficult task much easier and are well worth investing in.

Bonne peinture, facile à appliquer qui donne un beau rendu sur ma porte. En plus elle sèche très vite et la fermeture du pot par collier permettra de la conserver longtemps.

Peinture très couvrante

Je suis vraiment impressionné de la qualité de la peinture pour le prix que je l'ai payée. Les premières impressions faisaient un peu peur quand a la couleur finale, mais une fois celle-ci sèche, elle correspond tout a fait a la description. Les photos que je joins ne lui rendent pas hommage, car elle est plus foncée que le rendu sur photo. La description d'encre vieillie est tout a fait correcte.Seul point négatif, elle est fort liquide et créé beaucoup de petites éclaboussures. Protection du sol donc indispensable !

Très déçu de cet achat car la couleur est très différente de celle sur l’image.Je comprends qu’il ne faut pas s’attendre à ce que la couleur ressemble à 100% à l’image mais là, la différence de couleur est énorme. En réalité la peinture est beaucoup plus foncé que prévue.25€ de perdu car malheureusement je n’utiliserais pas cette couleur dont je ne m’y attendais pas dutout et je ne peux pas non plus me faire rembourser vu que j’ai dû ouvrir le pot pour voir la couleur.

Malheureusement, bien que presque tout dans la peinture soit correct, il y a un problème majeur - la couleur montrée n’est pas la couleur de l’étain, il ressemble à un beau vert mais malheureusement, c’est un gris foncé et rien de ce que je peux mélanger ne le rend reemotely vert. Désolé, acheteur méfiez-vous!
