Sturdy scoop but can’t get close in corners because it’s rounded shape, have used it a lot for years.

I had a one cup plastic measuring cup, which wasn't big enough to do one scoop in a BIG bag of kibble for three cats a few times a day. When the handle broke on this kitchen measuring cup, that was it. THIS scoop is the perfect size for kibble for multiple cats, is MUCH sturdier plastic and fits in the big bag of kibble well. Bottomline: No cons for me. Price, quality and size. All wins.

I ordered one for bird seed. My husband took it to mix dirt, so I ordered another one. Both were a beige color, not blue. They are very handy.

I didn't use this for pet food as I have no pets. I use this for scooping wood pellets for my portable smoker. Now, guys are going to ask why... well, I buy my pellets in a 40 lbs bag and put them into a cardboard box so I can store it easily in my RV basement. Dumping pellets into a tiny portable smoker is a pain and one needs a scoop for this. Using a 1 cup measuring cup or fire pit shovel, just doesn't do the trick very well. Last time out I made a make-shift scoop out of a smaller cardboard box - my wife laughed at me. So I bought this and it serves it's purpose perfectly and I don't get laughed at because... it looks totally cool!
