Can you use to skin on upper lip?

Hello,
For our Volufiline product, we actually advise not to apply on lips since it might be too much (too swollen). We specify on the bottom of the description: "Applying to: Breast, hip, hands, cheeks, fat under the eyes, or any area you desire (except lips.)"
However, it is OUR precautionary guideline on use of Volufiline. And I don't think there's no restriction in use on lips. (But still, in my personal opinion, less dosage or no direct use is recommended.)

How many times of day can this be used?

We recommend up to twice a day, and usually once a day is effective enough. Please note that it varies depending on skin types.

Just purchased, when mixing with a cream what are the amounts to mix please. 2-3 drops per teaspoon of cream? Sorry, I got confused with the 5%.

I have just been adding ondrop to 1/4 tsp of drmtlgy under eye cream. I think I might be noticing some plumping. Have only been using for a few weeks.

How can I trust your product if the bottle comes unsealed?

Hello,
I understand your concerns. But I think Amazon FBA system is quite a reliable and trustworthy. Once the product is put into the plastic zip bag in here South Korea factory, it is directly sent via air to an Amazon FBA Center in the US. After they are checked and confirmed okay, then they are wrapped and stored in the inventory. Then, it is directly delivered to a customer by FBA service. 
I actually planned to use shrink-wrapping. And for our Volufiline 1.7 fl. oz. product, we've already changed: the bottle is shrink-wrapped and put into a carton package. 
For other products like this 0.5 fl. oz. Volufiline, I am now thinking that we are going to seal the zip bag to ease any worries like yours. (Actually, we normally seal the zip bag in South Korea, but at first I decided not to because I was worried that it might have been blown or popped since the air was sealed as well while trasporting.)
Plus, I am always open and willing to offer a refund or change any time if you feel that the product is not okay. Just feel free to contact us.
