I think it might be helping ! But a food additive type 'med' can be difficult to really evaluate. Unlike a specific med, like ibuprofen or aspirin where results are more specific and time tested, something like Kijimea which is a probiotic, could still be quite variable at best. Everybody is different and it is doubtful that most users would be satisfied. I have only used it for two weeks and will give it another two weeks trial. If I still think it might be helping, I will continue. Even less than full relief is worth it........A follow up review in a month or so. Good luck.

Hoping I get relief soon!
I have only taken this product for one week and feel a slight difference for the better! I will be happy to write another review in a view weeks!!! I just finished my 3 rd week and had only one problem during this time, so here is hoping I get better as time goes by.
