Saved my KIMBER
Bought grips for my Kimber Ultra Carry ll, and the screws they came with messed up the bushings in the frame. I was freaking out because when I removed the screws, the bushing stripped and came out with the screws. Ordered these after a gunsmith said they were self tapping and would need to be replaced.It took me about 10 minutes and they worked like a charm. Praise God! Re-tapped the hole with these and they tightened right down into place. Put the KIMBER grips back on and NO MORE 1911 exchanges.Highly recommend for you guys freaking out when this happens to you. It is very common. A little pricy but that's okay.

Nice screws
When replacing screws, they don't come much better looking. Smooth and simple and no plating to scratch off. I had a issue with a reseller not covering the fact they had sold me a used set of screws, Kimber stepped up and sent out a fresh set at no charge after sending them the photos of the screws.

Different finish
Screws worked fine. The finish on the actual screws wasn't the same as factory, but close enough.

Husband needed these. He noticed one fell out of his grip and these worked great as a replacement.
