Repeat offender
Love this protein, hateee the continuous rising cost, but will always buy. Runs me about it the same price as Vegas discount nutrition. I always get vanilla, itโs not too sweet, not as chalky as some others and easy on my stomach considering I have a sensitive stomach.

Great product
This protein R1 has a great taste, good value for your money, mixes well with either water, or milk and is digestible. It does leave you full, texture is perfect. I highly recommend this product. Plus you are getting in your protein.

Gym rat approved
I train boxing and Muay Thai, and this protein has been one of my favorites for staying lean while still helping with recovery and muscle growth. It was actually recommended to me by my nutrition coach whoโs an IFBB pro, and now I understand why. It mixes smoothly, tastes great, and doesnโt leave that weird chalky โsad gym shaker bottleโ texture some proteins have. I throw it into smoothies, oats, coffee, yogurt, pancakesโฆ honestly half my kitchen has this protein in it at this point. ๐ Great macros, clean protein, and helps keep me full after hard training sessions. Serious protein for people who train hard โ but still want their smoothies to taste good.

Excellent product and flavor
Excellent taste! I use this in combo with kachava, strawberries and bananas, creatine and matcha in the mornings and it is the perfect meal replacement packed with protein and nutrients. I double blend it and its texture is that of a fluffy shake. Delicious!!

Good Quality Product
I recently switched from Isopure to Rule 1 due to Isopure ridiculously increasing their price. Rule 1 is an acceptable substitute. 25 grams of protein, 110 calories (wish it was 100), and easily dissolvable, R1 meets my needs. I only wish they had an unflavored version as I like to mix my protein powder with some food on occasion. Overall I'm satisfied and will buy again.

Love it, may try other flavors
Pretty good, I like the efficiency. The other brand I want to try is 1st Phorm, but I really like the 25g of protein in a 30g scoop plus the hydrolyzed isolate. Simple, clean, mixes well. I think this is worth it, especially since Intek stopped making their chocolate mint powder.
