Good quality perfect fit with VR.

First off I liked the price - at the time of purchase was a lot cheaper than the official Oculus Elite head strap and the only difference I could see was the shaping around the bands that join the headset.Second when received well packaged in a sealed box. Head strap fitted in seconds with no issues at all.Now we have a head strap which is easy to adjust for all the family in seconds. dial on back used to loosen/tighten feels good quality and solid. Also far more comfortable than the head strap provided with the Quest 2 and supports the goggles very well with no movement.Guys please do not take in to account the mystery 1 star review with no write up to back it up this head strap feels very good quality and in my view the closest you will get to the official Quest 2 head strap. 2 stars knocked off for value for money as it hurts paying nearly £30 for something you know has only cost a few quid to produce! Let's see how it lasts!

Works well

I wanted a rigid strap for the Quest 2 as I was playing a fair bit of Walkabout golf and the problem with a stretchy strap, when you look down the weight of the headset causes the headset to sag and you have a harder time keeping your eyes in the sweet spot of the lense for clear visuals. I ended up having to constantly adjust the headset while playing.This isn't the most comfortable strap I have used, but once properly adjusted and not over tightened I feel it is comfortable enough to wear for extended sessions, and does keep the headset more secure while looking down than the stock strap so I am happy with this purchase, but I have no doubts for extra money there are more comfortable options if that is important to you.

With this strap, you get less slippage, it doesn't have to be as tight, adjustable wheel tightening means you can get it on and off easier, less pressure on your forehead. I was able to fit it easily. Great product.

They have upgraded the strap i had the old one this one is better supported at the sides

This has made such a difference to my kids aged 10 & 12 using their Oculus 2 headset. The original head strap used to ride up the back of their heads, get caught in their hair and no amount of tightening helped. This strap is very easy to clip into place, adjusts smoothly to a wide range of head sizes and is more secure whilst playing games that require a lot of movement. Absolutely no complaints at all, just wish I’d bought one sooner!Would definitely recommend.

UPDATE: Ten months in (10th October 2022) and the rear oval pad has detached from the rest of the unit. There's a small screw that holds it to the adjuster assembly - looks partially glued. Might be worth attempting a fix but if not I'll just order another one.This, coupled with a Kiwi Design head cushion, and Rebuff Reality's VR Power v2 equals a very well balanced and comfortable rig on the Quest 2.Can play for hours and hours without feeling the weight of the Q2. Seems even more sturdy than the snappy OEM Elite strap.Even without the Kiki Design cushion it's still comfortable but it grips better when you're moving around with the games.
