At first I filled it with too much water. But after the second time it was great. Love using this first thing in the morning.

I use this product for my face and it’s really easy to hold. Great product I recommend!

I tried this a couple of different way, filling half way up and all the way up, either way I carefully pulled the top off the ice would break inside the top,I gave up after a couple of tries

It’s a good product. It definitely is hard to use at first. You have to run it under hot water for 10-15 minutes to unstick it. But then you can use that for a week and refill. It is kinda colder to use then I expected. I know there’s ice but maybe it’d be smart to fill the bottom halfway since that’s where you’re holding it. But if works well other than that.

Was excited about this but then really disappointed when I couldn't get the top off once frozen to access it and use it. Thought it might have been a fluke so mted it and tried again. Same result.

It takes forever for me to open this. I have to wait for it to partially melt/soften otherwise it’s impossible to open, and I have to run it under super hot water to get it open. Such a pain and waste of time. Still drips down your wrist so honestly save your money and just use an ice cube

Make sure you let the liquid freeze with the little tab open on the top. love to put my own concoction in here for my morning routine
