I was skeptical buying a Vivint product from anyone besides Vivint, as direct to consumer (from Vivint) seemed the only way to get authentic products. I was very delighted to find these Ping cameras were indeed authentic, sealed in their original Vivint packaging, in brand new condition. They were extremely easy to set up and install, as my Vivint system found them, recognized them, and integrated them into my security system almost instantly. Save yourself about $200 by purchasing this camera and installing it yourself. I bought 2 (one for our living room and one for my 3 year old's bedroom), and I wouldn't hesitate to buy more when the need arises.

Purchased two indoor cameras to use with my Vivint system. They are easy to configure and function well. I think they are a bit pricy for a specialize system.

30.00 cheaper than the purchasing from the security company, it was easy to get it programmed unto the security panel.
