My material holders looked like they had been through a war, burnt, dirty and gross looking in my kitchen. I purchased a set of 6 of these and they are awesome. Easy to clean, looks brand new after a month of use and actually the nice colors highlight the kitchen. Strongly recommend.

My wife and I use cafeteria style trays for our meals, the trouble is that the ceramic plate slides around on the tray. These trivets provide just enough traction to prevent that. I really like these, they work well.

Great as trivets. Awkward as hot pads. I have burnt myself multiple times trying to use these as hot pads.

I got them to be trivets. I also use them as potholders and spoon rests. They are very easy to clean and to store. I am very happy with my purchase.

I was excited to see these, they’re a version of the Farberware ones I’ve had for about 20 years. I love the colors (purchased the pack of six bright colors), and they do a good job as hot pads and trivets. I took off a star because they aren’t as thick as my name brand originals, so I have to be more careful. Silicone hot pads do let heat through if you hold hot things with them long enough.They clean up beautifully in the dishwasher. The reviewer who had residue issues might want to look at their detergent. We use 7th Gen powder, and Ecover rinse agent.

These are a great product. They are very flexible and easy to maneuver. The silicon makes them easy to rinse off and clean. The only downfall I have for these is the pattern. It has raised nubs to provide extra cusion from the heat. These work great, except for when you grab something and it slips between the nubs -- then it doesn't shield from the heat very well at all.This has happened multiple times, from grabbing the pans out of the oven, to even grabbing the oven racks. I'll pull something out, and while in transition the lip of the pan will slide between the nubs and burn me. Very hard to maneuver in that instance without dropping it.If the pattern were altered in a way that limited this type of slippage in between the nubs, then I would give these a solid 5 stars.

Love the variety & the price. I was able to split up in pairs and give some to grown kids. I've been wanting some silicone pot holders, and for this price couldn't resist.
