The chain is basic but more stylish than a leather or nylon lanyard. After a few weeks I had to reconnect the chain differently because although the chain is welded the ring connecting the badge to the chain is not welded. This resulted in my badge with my work ID inside falling off completely. I was lucky a coworker found it but I had to change the connection to have more security and avoid losing my work ID.

This fashion Lanyard is super cute and adds a bit of bling to whatever I'm wearing at work. I've already gotten a couple of compliments on how nice it looks. I don't have to worry about recking it or damaging it like I would a regular necklace. So far I haven't seen any colour changes and it's held up pretty good and I work in a factory so I imagine it would hold up even better in an office or other setting.

Gift for my daughter who works in a place where she has to have her ID badge on at all times.She loved it. When she’s feeling overwhelmed, she touches it, remembers the words, and smiles.

I can't say whether or not it will last because I just received it, but I can say it is absolutely beautiful and very elegant!!
