how old is the tree? I read they start giving fruit at year number 4

Sapote starts giving fruit after around 10 years if grown from seed and 2-4 years it cut from and older tree. I've had this tree for about 2-2.5 years now. However I'm not sure of this is sapote or just avocado because the leafs are so familiar
