Thank you for your inquiry. The Selkirk Vinyl Plank Flooring may be used on cement or concrete. The slab should be cured for at least 30 days and follow the the proper moisture readings: The moisture vapor emission rate for concrete subfloors must not exceed 75% RH using ASTM 2170 or 3 pounds per 1000 sqft per 24 hours using Calcium Chloride test ASTM 1869. For concrete installation, ensure that the concrete is not low-density (below 3000 psi) or gypsum based. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Q: Can I get this product without the underlay?

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the vinyl plank flooring. Unfortunately the underlayment is adhered to the flooring, so it is not removable. It is not available without the underlayment either. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Q: Is there a stair option available?

Unfortunately we do not have trims options to go with our flooring specifically. However, you are able to go to most local hardware or flooring stores to find/order the trims that you need that will coordinate with the flooring.
