Common sense tips but helpful
This book is a helpful, short reminder of how I can better manage my emotions and anger. I have to come back to it often, but when I do read through it a little bit it helps me make sense of how I'm feeling and what I could do better. The only thing I don't like it how practical it is, like I should be able to think of these tips on my own. They make so much sense, but it helps having someone --the author and the book-- spell it out for you sometimes.
