Does the neo work with hunter douglas \ powerview?

Unfortunately, the controller doesn't compatible with Hunter Douglaas Powerview at the moment.

Will this work for outdoor awning?

Yes. The Hub will work with the outdoor awning.

Is neo connect smart wifi controller homekit compatible?

The Neo Smart Controller Hub currently works with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri Shortcuts, IFTTT, Control4, Savant and Indigo, from voice assistants to home automation systems. Apple homekit is not supported at the moment, however, according to the manufacturer, it will be compatible in the near future.
