Only toothpaste i use
I have Sjogrens and this helps keep my mouth moisturized. Not a cure, but definitely extremely helpful in controlling the dry mouth that accompanied Sjogrens.

Good toothpaste, whitening?
I love the mouthwash, so I bought the toothpast and the mouth drops. I like the toothpaste, but it doesn't have as good of a flavor as I expected and I don't think it's whitening.

Great toothpaste according to my husband.
According to my husband, this is a great toothpaste. I don't use it, but he says it is great. He has had no cavities for many years since he started using it. So, you be the judge.

I got the fluoride version of this Spry toothpaste and used it for a month. After a couple weeks, it got to a point where I was waking up in the middle of the night feeling like I had bad breath and hadn't brushed my teeth. This toothpaste was ok immediately after brushing, but the effect seems to wear off very fast. Once I switched back to 'real' toothpaste (and not some kind of "natural" replacement), suddenly my mouth felt a lot cleaner while brushing, and in the mornings my mouth still felt much cleaner than it was with the Spry toothpaste. I get that people want the xylitol benefit, but you can still use xylitol mints or gum. For the sake of your teeth and mouth hygiene, use proper toothpaste instead. I'm attaching photos in case anyone wants to see the packaging and full list of ingredients.
