Mostly good ingredients. The maltodextrin is corn based so that one is not a fantastic ingredient for overall health. But these are the lesser of all evils and see to have the best overall ingredients. Most have MSG or "yeast extract" which is MSG, these do not. Overall ... would recommend and will definitely repurchase. Review: Delcious!
