No, the push button for your opener stays in place and functional. This controller piggybacks, so that when a Z wave hub gives the command it becomes a sorta virtual button push. All the while relaying door position and movement/directional info via included sensor. My setup is an ADT zwave hub, that has a garage door icon able to show status as either open/closing/closed/opening.

Q: Will this work for multiple doors

It's intended design is for one door only, likely for safety, and individual operation of doors. After installing it I could see that it could be connected to multiple motors simultaneously, however it would operate all the motors at once and not individually.

Q: Is this compatible with Amazon Key deliveries?

No. This controller is z-wave based and works with systems like ADT Pulse alarm systems. I have a wi-fi based MyQ controller to work with my Amazon key deliveries.

Q: What’s the app associated with this?

You have to have a z-wave hub to pair this device to. I am using Hubitat but there are others. You then use whatever app your z-wave hub uses.
