Delicate but Incredibly Beautiful
Item arrived with a broken-footed fairy. I emailed the seller and they immediately rectified the problem by sending 3 new fairies. Unfortunately, the whole set is very fragile and two feet of those 3 fairies broke while I tried to place them. Additionally, the door to the fairy house broke off when it it was barely bumped.I am still giving 4 stars because the items are incredibly lovely - the cutest of all the fairy items I bought my daughter for her fairy garden. And because the seller experience was excellent. I would just caution buyers to be aware that this is a delicate set.

Excellent Quality and Customer Service
I received the package the other day as well as an email from the company thanking me for my purchase and telling me to let them know if there were any problems with delivery. I received a second and final email letting me know I should have received my purchase and how did I like it? I think the customer service with Pretmanns is terrific. The fairy house is adorable, with the swinging door. Nothing was broken, and yes, the fairies are on a thin stake but it can easily be clipped off. I plan to put these items in my "fairy" shade garden when my granddaughters (ages 2 and 4) come in June. I like that the fairies have stakes so I can stand them up in the garden. The quality of the fairies is very nice for resin figures. I want to add to the garden figures and move them around to keep my granddaughters curious. :)

great product and great customer support!
bought a bunch of stuff for my Girlfriend for our two year anniversary for her it keep adding to her garden at our home. These are really cool looking, very well crafted and very detailed. it was a pleasure interacting with Pretmann's; one of the arms of the Fairies came broken, got an email from Pretmanns asking how we liked everything and as soon as I mentioned the problem she put a replacement on the way immediately.
