This book really does have everything from beginner to expert.
Most books claim to have something from everybody. This book has everything for everybody.

This book is terrible!
There is so much wrong with the book it is hard to know where to begin. The author seems at times unfamiliar with the English language, and the many screen shots are so light and so low in contrast as to be useless. Here are few specific problems: (1) the index at the back of the book lacks page numbers, making it completely useless; (2) while there is a short discussion of a Windows 11 clean install, there is not a word on upgrading Windows 10 to Windows 11; (3) the author correctly says that the user may need to adjust BIOS settings, but in the brief discussion on how to enter the BIOS, there in fact is not a word on how one actually enters the BIOS; and (4) in the Chapter entitled "How to Customize the Start Menu in Windows 11," the subtopics include items such as "How to Use the Recycle Bin," "Personalize Your Desktop Environment," and "How to View Drive Usage in Windows 11" (such things have nothing to do with Customizing the Start Menu). Missing words, incomplete sentences, peculiar boldfacing, and way too many ALL CAPS. It's all there and more. Skip this book.

Windows 11
If your computer hasn't updated to Windows 11 yet, this is a great book to read to get to know about all of the great upgrades. Plus there is a ton of great tips and tricks for all things Windows. Perfect for non-technical people who use Windows but want to get a better idea of how to use it.

Small print and examples too small to read without a magnifying glass.
I like to have a reference book to use when the issue is some kind of infrequent problem.

Worth It?
Not for beginners in my opinion. Some illustrations are low resolution, dimmed out. That is not satisfactory, especially considering the advanced instructions shared.Overall, this is a good book. I feel that after going through this, one would not have to read another book on the subject but that is if one is quite familiar with Windows OS.Was this book worth it? Sure but except for some dimmed out images.

Not as advertised
Not well laid out . Not color illustrations, just fuzzy gray/black. Not dark black print, just a washed out hard to read. Tiny print so get out you magnifying glass. I expected better than this.

Review Windows 11: Discover From Beginner to Expert with this Ultimate
I accidentally approved the Windows update on my laptop, it was not my intention to do the big update without preparation. So, since I have this update, I need to learn how to make it work and I got this book. As a computer illiterate person (hence the premature download) I need a lot of very specific images and guidance. This is exactly what this book offers. There are tons of screenshots of what the author is discussing. The book guides the reader through all the features of the new Windows, but does not make it explicit because this is how it was, this is what has changed. Everything is formulated more like a fresh start, which I found useful. It wasn't relearning, but simply learning it from scratch in practice. I found it helpful to try to forget how I did things and embrace the new way. The book covers all aspects of the operating system.I am attaching some photos so that you can see what arrives after the order.Plus there are tons of great tips and tricks for everything Windows related. Perfect for non-technical people who use Windows but want to get a better idea of how to use it.

Grainy pictures and diagrams
The pictures and diagrams in this book are printed very light and are almost impossible to see and are even grainy, they need to be in bold. The book content however was a good read.

Not very helpful
I am learning to adapt to windows 11 after many years of using windows 10. There is a lot of difference but I do like W 11 and will get to love it.This book was of very little use and I don't recommend it. It isn't very coherent, the snapshots of the screen are terrible and almost impossible to read and the index is useless.Bruce D.

badly produced book
there were three one star reviews of this book and all said the illustrations were poor and badly produced. I wish I had taken notice of them because they are right. This book is spoilt by these bad illustrations, don't buy it!

An excellent guide that explains and simplifies
When Windows 11 arrived, it came with the promise of being the fastest, most secure and most flexible operating system ever. But for me, that did not mean running my computer faster, more securely and more flexibly. Fortunately, I decided to buy this book, which offered help especially in those moments when I was wondering "what the hell should I do with my computer?" I found plenty of guidance on how to get around the newly updated Windows 11 interface, how to use new Windows tools like Teams and widgets, and even how to bring Android apps to my device to streamline my processes. Now that I know my way around, I spend less time wondering about Windows 11 and have more time to get things done.
