Awesome scale, works perfectly. Obviously the BF% and BMI calculations might not be 100% accurate but I believe they give a really good idea of where your range is. I've never had calculations be drastically different from one another. Setting it up to your phone is super easy too, just download the app, open discovery, and step on scale! The scale automatically will update your app whenever you weigh yourself and you can actually see your progress as you lose or gain weight. For the price point, nothing really beats it. Similarly priced scales don't come with 1/2 of the features this one does. I think these should be the default scales anyone buys from now on! Thanks Renpho!

I have been using tthis for about a year and I have to say that this scale is very much on point in every regard. Build quality feels premium, the accuracy of the reading is great and the battery life is pretty good. With daily use I had to replace the battery after 5 months, not a bad deal in my book. Easy to store and sticks to the ground with authority. It has an auto shut off feature so dont worry about turning it on or off. just grab it, shake it a little leave it on the floor and it will auto calibrate.

This is an awesome scale. I wish the app wasn’t also like a fitness/calorie tracker app because I didn’t get the scale to diet I got it to get a better idea of where my health is at but it gives great information. Easy to use, nice and heavy, easy to read the display, connects to the app well, and you have the option to add other profiles in the app.

Good scale. Download the app for the best info. You can see weight on the scale (and a few other metrics) but with the app you get details like visceral fat or muscle wt. if you are trying to lose weight, you may want this level of detail because even though you may not see much difference in weight, you may be gaining muscle and resculpting your body. Arrived quickly and easy to set up.

I’m still learning how to use all of the features with the scale and the mobile app but I will say it’s been the best one by far. It’s accurate, batteries aren’t th button type, it’s the right scale size, it was easy to connect, and best of all it’s been 100% correct on my weight in comparison to what it shows at my doctor’s office. If you can set up more than one profile, I haven’t figured that out yet, so I think it’s a one person tracking profile in the app. You can also track all of yours intake and outtake pretty easily in the app to stay on target. Only giving 4 stars because it’s only allowing one user profile. If my toddler stands on it playing “doctors” then it measures and saves her weight with mine.

It measures everything I want, some that I don't, is solid, sturdy, accurate, with a bright highly readable display, good phone and app connectivity, and just works. Te dice información muy detallada sobre grasa corporal, IMC, músculo esquelético, grasa subcutánea, grasa visceral, agua corporal, masa muscular, masa ósea, proteína, tasa metabólica y edad metabólica. He notado que si me peso varias veces seguidas puede tener un pequeño desajuste, de unos pocos gramos, pero creo que no tiene mayor importancia La aplicación me gustaría que fuera mejor, en la pantalla principal podrían poner un resumen de lo más importante o dejarte poner tus “favoritos” por ejemplo masa muscular y peso total.. y al entrar ver lo que tú quieras, no tener que ir pestaña por pestaña. La conectividad es por bluetooth y hasta el momento no me ha dado problemas, y conectarlo por primera vez es fácil

I am a student of accredited Human Nutrition degree and we use various professional equipment for body composition readings at the university. I have tested this scale against our very expensive bio-impedance scale and they both have pretty similar readings, which only shows that this is a good quality personal body composition scale! Obviously, there will always be differences in results from various body composition methods as the perfect method wasn't discovered yet, except post mortem tissue analysis! So far, bio-impedance methods are highly accurate and good indicator of where you stand. This scale is very easy to use and the fact that you can connect it to your phone is pretty awesome! The value is also great, I can only recommend!
