We received the product with no hardware or instructions for assembly.
Product looks ok, seems well made but did not have hardware or instructions. When I contacted the customer support number provided on Amazon if there were concerns about the order, the person who answered the phone at Patio Living said they are not supposed to be contacted, to use the form. The form goes to the same place. Very poor customer experience. We will go buy hardware locally. Would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

Got the orange color. It's totally adorable, very sturdy, easy to assemble on my own with a toddler "helping". Recommended buy.
