This thing is very nice and comfortable. It comes with straps to help keep it in place. It freezes pretty fast. The plastic bag keeps it from developing frost on it and the soft part feels just right on your skin. It works as intended.

I purchased this because I’m having severe back and hip pain. It helps while laying on it. It’s long enough for your back and it stays cold. When you’re ready put it back in the freezer for a little while and it’s ready again.

Very good investment for total spine care
My spine is a mess w/scoliosis, cervical and lumbar issues and this ferls like heaven. I lay on top of it becuz laying on stomach too painful. Was good investment for me. have used only from freezing

Comfortable XL ice pack
Perfect XL size. The straps allow me to use it on my hip or ice my back in a chair. It’s soft, so I hardly know it’s there. Re-freezes in 3-4 hours. Highly recommend this ice pack

Good Coverage/durable product
Very satisfied! I've been using it for an upper leg injury and liked the large coverage area. Didn't use the straps. Its very sturdy and a little heavy given its size which was fine for my needs.
