Not just the product but their customer service it’s amazing.I was looking for a good looking faucet that didn’t break the bank and this one was just right. Easy to install (if I did it, you could) and getting it to work. After almost a whole year from my purchase, my sensor started to give me some issues, we replaced batteries and the problem continued.At that moment I contacted the factory directly and they were amazing. Not only walked me through what I needed to do to diagnose the issue but once that was done, they sent over the part to replace. Now I’m enjoying again all the features of the faucet and can’t stop thanking Sunny and the entire Gimili team !!!!If you are on the fence if to buy it or not, you should!!

Update:We took out one more star!The sensor stoped working in less than a year.And now we have to buy another one and pay installation fees.There is a design defect on this item. Since the motion sensor is in the front, anything you move in front of it (hands, washing dishes, anything, etc) will keep going on and off. This happens while you are working. So, the senior desensitizes over time and stops working.We saw this item advertised on Amazon with specific features, and clicked on it, and we were right on the page. However, the item we bought was not the item advertised.Keep in mind:1. There are mix reviews and you need to make sure you are buying the item with features you are looking for. Don’t just buy for color and shape. They are all look like each other and the names provided by the provider does not provide additional information on what you are buying.We just bought an item without LED lights, while the advertising had shown us different things.2. We bought the “gold 5” item which is now called “touchless kitchen faucet,” and it is not gold or champagne, but a bit of orange.3. The flow is good and the feel is nice, but it is not what we wanted to order with features advertised.4. You would only be able to use it “touch-less.” Meaning you will leave it open and use it only with motion sensor. There are no options for normal use as usual if you decide to not do the motion sensor. Unless you keep turning the faucet off and on like you do with other faucets.5. It takes lots of AA batteries! So be ready for that. We were shocked it doesn’t connect to plug or something.Therefore, adding #4 and # 5 I just mentioned, you now have to spend a lot on battery fees.Overall, we would not recommend this item for the missing features and additional information like batteries and “only motion sensor” functionality which is not included in the main page.If we knew these are its features, we would not have bought it. Unfortunately, we installed it and then our handyman told us how it works and we both were upset learning of the features. Such information was not provided by the provider in order for customers to make an educated decision.I added a photo, which shows in comparison of 2 gold colors on lamp and candle holders, and a rusted urn-glass case. This “gold 5” is more like the rusted metal color on our urn.

Works great. Looks great. Our other motion sink wrapped out after a year. I anticipate the same here to be honest but time will tell.

Fairly easy to install and I am no expert. After one year of use, the handle keeps coming off. I can't tighten it down any further into the plastic. The plastic might be too deformed. Might try to put a piece of paper towel into the threads and see if that helps or is stupid idea. Frustrating!!!Update - Customer service reached out to me after my post and they shipped me the part free of charge. Excellent customer service. They go beyond!!!

Great looking and performance

My old kitchen faucet was on its last leg and I stumbled upon this kitchen faucet. What a great find! The installation was VERY easy. You just need some wrenches and a screwdriver! I would recommend shutting the water off to the house before installation to avoid any mishaps. Angle stops don't always cut water off completely. Installation was less than hour and the directions were pretty straightforward. There are also youtube videos that can help with installation if you search Gimili Faucet Installation. The packaging was the product came in was secure so nothing gets scratched. I also like when the water sensor gets triggered and if I walk away it will turn off after some time. Great feature if you are doing a million things in the kitchen and forget to turn the water off. Very pleased that I can prep raw meat and wash my hands after without having to touch anything!! This is a must have for any kitchen!
