Cool, firm comfortable especially for back sleeping. Good support and the memory foam filling helps but has a very strong odor. We had to let the pillows air out for 5 days before using. They are thick in depth with lots of filling

This pillow is fantastic! It's amazing how a pillow can completely change your quality of sleep. The pillows come vacuum packed, so they need around 24 hours to fully fluff. After waiting a day, I used this pillow and it felt luxurious to use. Absolutely phenomenal pillow for the price. I'm a pretty small guy (5'3") and I sleep mostly on my side and this pillow has been comfortable whether I sleep on my back, turn onto my side or lay on my stomach. The shredded memory foam filling is so comfortable and has kept its firmness well from night to night over the last 2 months. The only 2 real gripes I have with it are that the memory foam CAN slide around during sleep. You could probably rectify this by buying more shredded memory foam to fill it so it's not a huge deal, but wanted to inform you that i think they could be just a little more stuffed. The other gripe is that the pillow is listed as a cooling pillow and they would be correct if you haven't been laying on it, but over the course of the night, my head will still feel hot. I'm not super upset at it, but I don't think the "cooling" part should be listed as a feature if my head still gets hot while sleeping.

I love these pillows, they are great! Soft and firm but not too FIRM! Just right!

These pillows were nice but they were way to thick, I tried removing some of the stuffing but then you just end up moving all of the foam to each side while you sleep. They were hotter than i expected them to be also but that could be because they were trying to eat me lol. We ended up going with a solid foam pillow like we had before.

I experienced this pillow when staying at an AirBnB rental. After three days of sleeping in that bed I found that the pain I always experience in my left neck/shoulder after sleeping had gone away. So I had to order one for home. I find it just the right mix of firm and soft, it supports my head and neck and was a reasonable price.In the end my husband asked me to get him one because I was so enthusiastic. He only sleeps with this pillow. I even take mine on trips!

I bought these to replace some memory foam pillows that I already have that are very similar to these, but they make me sleep very hot at night.When I opened them up, I was impressed with the design of them and the fabric that is on both sides of the pillow. I was skeptical due to the memory foam, but I followed the directions and the first night I didn't sleep very well (I think from getting used to the new pillow). However, since that time, I have absolutely loved this pillow. I don't sleep nearly so hot on it. It is much cooler and it is very comfortable.My husband doesn't like fluffier pillows so much, but when I told him about how adjustable it is and how comfortable it is, he decided to try it. The first night, he wasn't certain, but since then, he likes it as well.The two most important features for me are being able to sleep cooler and the comfort of the pillow. This has both of them nailed perfectly.You can wash this by unzipping the cover to remove the inner material. That is also a nice feature because over time, they do need to be washed regularly.These are great pillows and I would highly recommend them.
