I expected her to be a little heavier but she is the same type of material as a Monster High Doll, she is a very lightweight plastic. BUT she is beautiful and has a sweet face. I am very happy with her! I plan to buy more. To take the back of her head off, just twist counter clockwise and it should come off. It has little plastic notches holding the head cap together, NOT magnets. Her eyes are glued in but pop right out with a gentle push. I love my adorable doll.

The doll was very well packed , it had zero damage of any kind. The face is very soft and beautiful looking forward to customizing her In to sleeping beauty

Head-neck joint snapped off while attempting to dislodge head cap for eye replacement. NOT worth nearly $50, cheap piece of Chinese crap. Fairly certain they also skimmed my debit card information, too.
