This is a cracking piece of kit. Plug in the audio and video leads and away you go. I have transferred quite a few of my home video clips to my PC and I can then the editing software of choice. I cant recommend this little gizmo enough. It does exactly what i wanted and expected - highly recommended.

Unable to get to work and only gives a black screen. Trawling through advice to update formare but non of our computers recognise device. Some of documents avaiable are a mixture of English adn Chinese so not useable.

The value of the videos we've recovered from an old camera far exceeds the price of this gadget !Remember to set your video format correctly - NTSC or PALI did dump the USB stick provided, preferring to use a high speed 64gb micro SD and an Anker usbc reader to bring the mp4s across to the Mac

Easy to use but would recommend a fast SD Card to improve capture quality but otherwise a really good buy

Unfortunately not so good, start with some positives though, the build quality isnt too bad, good that it has a usb memory stick included, has a charger cable usb-c but no usb wall plug to charge with. Has a loud clear built in speaker, clear and easy to use menu's although the buttons would be asier to navigate if their labeling was on the top not behind.Negatives are, screens viewing angle isnt so great, which isnt a majour issue as it's mainly just for referencing, battery doesn't hold a very long charge, which on something like this, your likely to be near a source to plug it in anyway, so again not a majour issue, but the main issue is the picture and sound quality, both are very compressed, picture is quite pixelated and blury even when recording from a digital source, such as a sky plus box. The sound quality is very thin sounding, seems no depth to it and washy sounding, almost like recorded in a low bit rate.If it hadnt been for the poor sound and picture quality I would have rated it a lot better, cause it is a nice item, but when capturing irreplaceable video tapes etc that are lesser quality in the first place, you need something thats not gonna reduce the sound and picture quality any further.

It arrived, well packed but we could not get it to work. Can you confirm whether their should have been memory stick enclosed.I have returned the item and re-ordered the same, hoping for a better result.

Acquisizione scarsa, solo 14fps (fotogrammi al secondo), quindi immagini "scattose". E per di più l'audio acquisito è fuori sincro, fino a 2 secondi. Deluso.
