This is not a Skinna. I’m upset that I did not receive the product I thought I ordered. I feel like I was hoodwinked. I’m waiting for it to finish charging to see if it actually works. At this time this product will have a low rating.

This is the second time I bought this. I give the first one to someone else. Then ordered another one.. the quality is fabulous. I recommend this product if you want to get rid of the face hair especially.

Overall so rks pretty well. It is however slightly painful over my tattoos. Other than that I love it

I have not been able to get it to keep a charge and therefore have not been able to use it. Would it be possible to get a return label so i can return it?
