Bought one for a birthday present, the first one arrived and looks like it was used, smudged stickers and all I requested an exchange and luckily it was quickly processed. Yet the second one arrived and was dead on arrival. It will not boot period. Tinkered with it for hours trying to figure out whats going on, no luck. Returned it and bought one from Canada Computers. That one works fine.Product-wise it's fine. Over-priced of course, but it works.
