The size is perfect for a 13" laptop and even fit my travel pillow inside. Love the square top opening. It has a great double zipper on top, but not a double zipper on front pocket, which is the only improvement I'd make. Has 2 pockets on sides for water bottles has lots of pockets, even a zippered one inside! and another pocket on back side with a strap to secure on your luggge handle! Great bag for Travel. Highly recommend!!

I really like this bag and use it for work. I carry a laptop, a professional book or two, water bottle and the absolute necessities (wallet, keys, etc.). There is room to spare if I have more to carry, it seems water-resistant, and I LOVE the metal-framed opening at the top. It doesn't flop over and holds it shape well. Great bag!

I'm a SPED teacher that works throughout the school building. This is a great bag to bring my learning materials to my students. I really like that I can carry by the top handles or on my back as a backpack.

Great for having to lug a bunch of stuff. I am a college student, mother, and substitute teacher so I needed a ton of room to haul my junk around. This is prefect! Lots of pockets!

Really pleased with this product. Lot of room and pockets. Recharging phone feature was a plus. Fit perfect on the plane under the seat. Few things I would have liked the arm straps had a longer padded strap. When I put the backpack on, the area for adjusting the length was right at my mid shoulder. Also I bought this for the RFID security but it’s not clear what pocket or area of the backpack is supporting that.

Bought this for a flight to Europe. Storage was fantastic. The only downside was the top zipper required two hands to open and close. When you are traveling, you need to access the inside for passport, etc., but you don’t usually have two free hands to do it. I would have to set it down somewhere to zip it open/closed. Other than that, it was wonderful and very well made.

This bag fits everything I need for school and life. It's sturdy and holds a lot but isn't bulky like my north face bookbag I've had for years. I'm not sure if it's water resistant but I love this bag.

This is a great little backpack. It has lots of pouches, zippered compartments, holds bottles on each side, and opens from the top, which is the best feature. The straps are comfortable, and it did slide onto the handle of my suitcase for rides atop my suitcase. I also got my goose down vest in it. I wasn’t in the rain, so I don’t know how water resistant it is. I used it on six flights, to carry what I’d need if my luggage got lost. I’m nearly 72 yrs old and had no trouble carrying it on my back through the airport. Very pleased with how much it carries and how well it’s made.

I like this backpack, I just wish that the outside side pockets to hold a water bottle had some stretch. Inside the bag there is also a spot for a bottle, this hold is mesh. If you use those inside the bag then you can squeeze anything really into the pockets on the outside as they have no "give". Also the little strap with a snap to keep the handles together is a bit weak and pops open but definitely not a deal breaker. It's comfortable to wear and the small pockets throughout the bag are handy. It fits a decent amount of items but would not hold a laptop and work shoes AND a lunch for example. The color, material and workmanship seem very very good. Zipper seems good. Arrived in good shape - not at all wrinkled or creased.

I love this backpack! I'm pretty sure it's smaller than my old laptop tote, but it holds SO MUCH STUFF! I've got my laptop, iPad, a 12-pocket folder thing, notebooks, chargers, mouse, calculator, pens, pencils, usb drives, etc., with room to spare!It has tons of pockets, inside and out. I really like how the inside pockets perfectly hold my mouse and calculator. The inner pockets at the bottom hold my chargers nicely. The outer pockets are perfect for drinks/water bottles, and are tall enough to hold them securely. There's zippered pockets I haven't even found a use for yet, because this bag is so great at organizing!There's even a strap at the back to attach it to a rolling suitcase, plus a secret zippered section on the back, too - it'd be perfect for holding like, passports and such while travelling.I haven't used it yet, but there is a spot to plug in a battery bank, so you can charge things on the go. The cable seems nice and sturdy, and I think it would last a long time because it wouldn't get bent.This is honestly the best purchase I've made in a while!

Bought this bag because I was traveling to Italy. Comfortable enough. USB port not really necessary. didn't use it and I don't think I ever will. Before buying the bag I thought it was a great feature but........not so much. It is not an I LOVE bag It's an I like bag.

I’ve had a lot of compliments on my bag. Mainly the zipper!I will say zipping up the top of the bag is a little annoying tho. You need to use two hands. That or I just suck!
