This tea works very well if you need a laxative. the flavor is very much like anise and it smells wonderful. Works overnight unless you take more than directed.

Use it for chronic history of constipation. I used to take the tea but I don’t like drinking tea so sometimes I don’t go up to 8 days. When I found the capaule OMG I go every day. And if I take one duting the day on top of two caps at bed time, I would go 2-3 x a day so now I take 2 at bed time and one every other day. Thank you for who developed this capsule. Very grateful!

I bought these to try instead of the tea bag option made by the same company. I couldn't take the taste of the tea. These you just swallow and there is no taste. They work just as well. I find I need to take two capsules to achieve the same result as one tea bag though.

Been using this product for years. Very effective, safe with no bad side affects.
