I was surprised at how well these worked from the get-go. Fast!! The first time I took them, I noticed a bit of a difference for sure. I felt that the thick brain fog I’m in quite often was subtly less dense. As I’ve taken them over several days now, my brain is much clearer. I feel much more awake and alert. I struggle with some memory loss; I’m always losing my phone in my hand or misplacing the keys, but these have helped with that too already. These are caffeine free and offer other natural ingredients instead.When I took these for the first time, I breathed a sigh of relief at the fact that there was no odd smell or yucky taste. But in my opinion, I believe the capsules are a little bigger than the “norm.” The more I’ve taken them though, the more I’ve noticed a stronger and consistent effect. So, I am imagining that the longer you take these, the better the effect. If that proves to be accurate, I anticipate myself purchasing again in the near future.

Good mid-tier nootropic. Nothing to write home about but nothing to scuff at either. Well suited for it's price point. Provides that little umph for that afternoon focus, I typically do my nootropics either after my first cup of coffee or in place of my second cup - depends on if I take in caffeine from another source. Works well, but I do recommend having a bit less on your stomach; didn't really notice it when I took it with a meal.

I’ve been using these vitamins for a few days now and I’ve noticed some improved mental clarity and focus. It’s not an instant boost, but after consistent use, I felt more dialed in and less mentally foggy. The ingredients are clean and I haven’t experienced any jitteriness or crash, which is a huge plus. That said, it took a little time to feel the full effect, so be patient.

All of these ingredients are outstanding for getting my brain out of a mental fog. I've tried several other nootropic products and this one is by far one of the best. I even took creatine for a few years because they say that's supposed to help and it did, but it gave me aching and muscle tightness. This is my favorite supplement now and it's not stimulating so I don't get the vibrations or jitters like with caffeinated products.
