If my husband normally wears a small should I get him a small in this or does it run small ?

Get the Small. I normally where a small and it fits wonderfully; it’s actually cut slightly bigger, so the clothes worn underneath doesn’t get uncomfortable.

How does this jacket do in cold weather. Such as zero or 10 below. It gets very cold where I live.
