This 1100 model has a single intensity. Is the intensity of the 1100 equivalent to the higher or lower intensity of the 2100?

I'm not 100% sure, but I have had 2 other Sonicare higher end models before the 1100 and the 1100 is just as intense as far as I can tell. It is my favorite one so far because it does the job, is lighter and smaller in diameter and costs much less.

I was sent model hx364w3 not ‎HX3641/02. mine is very weak. does it get as strong as older models after beginners mode?

You can disable the beginner's mode by placing it on the charger then holding the Power button until it beeps. (See manual for explanation)

Does this take the same head pieces as aquasonic black series ultra whitening toothbrush?

I'm not too sure. I bought OralClass Replacement Toothbrush Heads for Philips Sonicare, Medium to Soft Electric Brush Head Refills for Sonic Care DiamondClean C1 C2 C3 G2 G3 W2 W3 4100 5100 6100 HX6250 etc, 8 Pack. If yours is not listed I'm not too sure of purchasing these.

Do you not brush hard like a manual?
