Bought these in April 2024 and they are now well into their second year of use and still going strong, so figured it was time for a review. These are far and away the best knee pads I have ever purchased. And I have purchased a lot of makes and models over the years. These are the first pads to stay in place, even a year later, when I walk around (I wear them over jeans), and also the first pair in which the lining did not wear out in just a few months. The metal clips for securing to the leg are perfect, SO much better than hook and eye, which has always worn out quickly with other knee pads. Early on I wondered about their durability but, as you can see from the photos, other than a little chipped paint (purely cosmetic) they have held up to lots of tugging and pulling. The straps do stretch a little over time, but with the metal adjustable clips, it is easy to retighten as needed. I wear these for any projects around the house the require me to get on my knees (e.g. working with wall outlets) and for all garden work. They are impervious to rocks, metal, glass, raspberry and rose thorns, pretty much anything. And, they are extremely comfortable. Yes, they can get hot in the summer in full sun, but that is a very small price to pay for such protection, durability and overall comfort. Working in the garden, dirt, wood chips and other debris can get inside, and this has quickly torn up the linings of other brands, but not these. It they made a longer pad that went farther down the shin, I would buy them in a heartbeat, but these do what they are supposed to do. Will buy another pair at the end of this season, so I have a pair in reserve for when these eventually give up the ghost, which could take a while. To say this was money well spent is an understatement.

Best fitting and best quality knee pads I have ever owned and at a very fair price. The gel cushion makes them very comfortable and they actually stay in place! Even the box they ship them in is impressive. I highly recommend them!!

Well I think that the smaller size would have fit me much better, but the knee pads other than that are fine. they are of good quality at a good price. I like the adjustable straps.

The fit is perfect and they are very easy to put on and take off. Very light weight yet sturdy. It has great cushioning which to me is important. The price was right on point.

I got these for my husband to work in the garden and they have been excellent. They are easy to put on, stay on well, and have excellent cushioning and support when he is on his knees gardening; also keeps his knees/pants clean from mud, dirt, stones, etc. Definitely worth it.

These are decent knee pads but not as exceptional as the previous reviews indicated. Perhaps my issue was that I wore these knee pads with shorts. The inside of the pads have some mesh lining on the sides that invariably get kneeled upon when the pads shift while working. The mesh is not as comfortable as the inner material when just against bare skin. The straps also seem to dig into the back of my leg after working a while. The straps are adjustable but that doesn't seem to help as much. I have some other knee pads that have one large strap with velcro fasteners that seem to work better behind the knee.

I had ankle surgery a few days ago. Part of my preparation included borrowing a knee scooter. I found the scooter uncomfortable for my knee, so ordered these. They're (Okay, it - I've only needed one so far) comfortable, sturdy & have made it easier for me to move around.I also got down on one knee to repair a towel rack I knocked off the wall. Getting on my knees on the floor has always been painful; this time it wasn't.The straps are also a huge plus. I had a pair of gel pads years ago, the strap was rubber & stretched. These elastic straps, hooks & loops are very easy to use.
