why is there no alt key added on default?

The K3 comes in a Mac layout with Command and Option keys, included are addition Windows, Alt and other keycaps to convert it to a PC layout.

U can switch between device like android and pc?

Yes, you can connect via Bluetooth to your PC on button 1 and your phone on button 2, then just press Fn+1 to type on your PC and Fn+2 to type on your phone.

Can it connect to Xbox series s/x

I have tried cabled connection and it was working but never tried Bluetooth connection.

Can i convert from the qwerty layout to the colemak or dvorak layout with this keyboard?

You replace keycaps for your desired layout but you can not program the keyboard. But You can change this from OS itself.
