KOHLER Artifacts Shower Head with Handheld Combo High Pressure, One Size, Polished Chrome, K-76472-CP

Wow. This is a real show stopping centerpiece for the shower. Of the tile work, and accent tiles, etc. in my new bathroom, this shower poles stands out. Great Kohler quality. A little tricky to install if you haven't done one of these before. Plan your plumbing with this product in mind so that the hose for handheld hangs where you want. My installer had done a number of these before, and so installed the plumbing to match up with these fixtures. Highly recommend if you are looking for high end shower head/hand held combo.

We just had our shower renovated. The Kohler Artifacts S Handshower kit mounted easily. We have the chrome finish which looks great in the new shower. It operates easily. The shower head spray is a cross between a customary shower head and a rain shower head. The hand piece puts out a great spray and is well balanced. The Kohler lifetime warranty is also a big +.

I had to do my bathroom over to accommodate my handicapped mother so this was an item I chose to use.My contractor friend swears by kohler citing their great customer service. I investigated and found something I loved on the kohler site but it was alot more money than I could comfortably spend so I did some investigating and found this-and compared to many others it seemed "reasonable" at $506 + tax. I should have read more closely but I hadn't realized it did not include the plate for the handle or the inner workings of the plumbing- I just wanted to let others know in case they over look, or don't know enough that there are extra costs that you will incur. I chose the cheapest plate I could but felt I could not try to skimp on the recommended parts-this all came to an additional $185+, fyi the spray is not adjustable on this

I really liked the look of this shower head. It has a timeless look without looking dated. When I was shopping for a new shower head it was surprisingly difficult to find one with an attached sprayer that wasn’t too modern. Very good pressure and easy to use

Love it. The styling, the hydrorail is a great idea. It is a mostly metal piece. The only "plastic" parts are the 2 shower heads.

I have purchased Kohler bathroom and kitchen hardware throughout my new home three years ago. A little while ago, the combo showerhead in my master bathroom stops responding to my mode change button press. So I called and chatted online with the Kohler customer service, hoping it would be a smooth replacement as they claim the "lifetime warranty" let alone it has been just 3 years.Then the story became funny. The call representative told me that the model I was trying to replace is discontinued (that's fine). And offered me another model for replacement. Because the other model is completely different from the original model and outdated in design (IMHO), I asked if I could get some sort of freedom to choose on their product line. The answer is no. I either take that dull looking basic model showerhead or nothing.I thought I just got a uptight representative. So I tried to "chat online". This time the representative told me I need to show the original receipt to grant the warranty. I nicely explained that it is hard to keep a receipt for something like a showerhead for years and it did not make sense if the product has a "lifetime warranty". Then the representative showed me the fine print in their policy that an original receipt must be accompanied with the warranty claim. I tried to wiggle for some flexibility but they were very strict on the policy....Fine. I gave up. The warranty claim experience is very different from how I dealt with Delta or Moen, who just ask for the model # and the shipping info. Sometimes at the most they asked for a picture showing what's wrong with their product. That's it.It is not too hard a bullet I bite. But I decided to stay away from Kohler from now on. i hope this review is helpful to anyone who are looking for solid customer support for high end bathroom/kitchen hardware.
