I purchased this product 1 week ago, and have been taking it straight for one week 1 capsule/night.... The benifits which it is yielding me is beyond my expectations. I bought it to reduce appetite...dont know if it helped...but had an unexpected result of giving me a clear head, eliminated brain fog and headaches. My mind was sooo clear and i was able to focus so much better...will buy again just for that and further test for appetite control 👍

Serotonin has different effects for people, it helped me sleep but I felt crappy the next day. I’m not blaming the supplement, it’s just how serotonin is. But it may be wonderful for some people. You’ll know only when you try
