Is is brilliant I get very very cold hands - they go white, and I have great difficulty warming them up. This does the job perfectly. Charges quickly and stays warm for ages. It’s compact and has a pocket to tuck my hand(s) in. Wouldn’t be without it now.

I've been suffering with back issues for a while and was looking for a heat pad that doesn't need to be plugged in. Found this and thought I'd give it a go. Absolutely perfect. Heats up easily and lasts a long time. Has a pocket on it if you're feeling cold, you can tuck your hands inside. So useful. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great idea however, I'm so disappointed by the above description which says "heat lasts for 5 to 6 hours". I've attached a picture to show the packaging and the instruction manual it comes with because in point 8 of the manual it says "the heat will last between 2 and 3 hours". I can confirm that the information in the manual is more or less correct - the heat lasts for around 2 hours, maximum. Also, it's not "washable" because the fleece cannot be removed. The seller needs to make customers aware of this and not fabricate information to make a sale!

I bought this Electric Hot Water Bottle a year ago. I want to give a time and long enough to use the product and I can make sure that I can give honest feedback.At first, it was really good in heating and the product hold up the heat for a while, then within a month, it starting not to charge properly as the charging unit keep popping up so you have to press it down and hold it until fully charged. Once charged, the product does not hold the heat for very long. It was about 20 minutes and then went cold completely and you have to recharge again.However, I still keep using it even though I have to recharge many many times. Up until 5 months of using it, another problem occurs when charging the water leaked out around the charging area which is very dangerous and I have had to stop using it completely.I cannot return the product as the return window is now closed which is fine. BUT- Is it worth the money? For me, I would say "No"- Is the product reliable? No- Is the product good and does what it needs to? Yes, if it is charging properly when I first got I used it to relieve my back/hand pain which was good but as I said It only lasts for a month until the problems occur.- Would I recommend it? Me, I would not

I feel I should make an exception and add a review for the Electric Hot Water Bottle. This is an amazing product. Once fully charged it remains hot and then comfortingly warm for a considerable length of time. No more filling and refilling a hot water bottle which cools so quickly. The electric bottle is small enough to use for discomfort in specific areas - my problem is my back and have found it soothes my aches and pains very quickly. Because it is so small, recharging is also very easy - but make sure you hear the "click" and check the little glowing red light on the top is showing. Took me a while to realise why the unit didn't seem to be recharging - absolutely no problem now. Try it - you will not regret it.

Brilliant invention. No fuss with hot water and stops. I am so pleased with this and it stays warm for hours. Comfortably warm and no fear of burns. Fantastic. Used it every night since.

I bought this my elderly mother as I was scared of her using the old-fashioned hot water bottles. It works great then bought one for my mother-in-law then bought one for my friend if I did not live in a hot country I would buy one for me too.

Seems to be good quality. Arrived a little before expected arrival date . Came with a uk plug . Could have been supplied with Aust plug or come with adapter.

On opening this item when it arrived today I noticed that it doesn’t come with an Australian compatible electrical connection. I will need to purchase an international connector to be able to use it
