Can i use with ad200 and ad400pro?

YES,It can.There has a sync cable,allowing your to connect the studio flash with the trigger.The most important thing is that before using the transmitter,the transmitter has a transparent film of the switch,you need to take it out ,then it will receive the signal.thanks

Compatible with Sony and Fuji?

It is supposed to be compatible with different cameras. I have a Nikon D3500 and a Nikon flash and a cheap brand one. And works perfectly. Look in the pictures of the hot shoes for the flashes. I see Sony and Fuji. Now, obviously must use all of it in manual settings because the flashes don't synchronize with the camera.
