Q: How do you know what size to purchase?

If you’re tall you have to get the large. I’m 5-8” amd the medium was too tight and way too short couldn’t pull up all the way. I kept the Large even though it’s huge, not that much compression but I can pull it up. Note: customer service is terrible so far, I’m hoping for a decent outcome or I’m out $80 plus $10 shipping.

Q: What option is there for plus size women over size 22?

The largest size should be a good fit. Although it is stretchy, it is intended to be a compression aid (it hugs you back.) I hope this helps for anyone else out there shopping for larger sizes!! (My son is 6 ft but gangly, so I got large instead of tween and it was the right move)

Yes, the medium size should be able to accommodate someone with those dimensions while still providing calming pressure. Some of our users looking for even more of a hugging sensation have found that bringing a pillow inside helps.
