It's a good lil machine....
First off, the motor in this is got some power in it! If you expect this is like doing laundry at the laundromat, your in for a wake up call. I'm 60, single, fashion designer. This is purely a trial y error thing! No guides, no nothing. It's Uber small, I use the bucket filled with water y soap to hand wash y rinse all my delicates, then empty it y let it spin my garments. Jeans, 1 pair at a time, my designer t shirts y underwear... I wash in a mesh bag (like what's used for bras), due to the powerful motor the agitation it fought but effective on getting the dirt outta your clothes. It's truly like back in your college dorm days when living was not so glam. If your impatient, want instant gratification... This ain't for you. It's a spin dry NOT a heat dry so take into consideration hang drying your clothes as well. Myself, it serves my purpose and is worth the money in my opinion. If you can live with this, I recommend it! Heavy y bulky items like blankets, jackets or anything structured has to be washed in commercial grade washer y dryer.

I wouldn't risk it. Customer service is fine though.
Im sure there are other ppl's products that worked, but two of mine did not. The first one worked well 3 times, but then started leaking from the bottom and eventually, would no longer move (as shown in video). I requested a replacement one because I still needed the product and wanted to try the same model again to give it another chance incase I did something wrong in my end. They were pretty quick to send one in, free of charge. However, this replacement worked fine only once , then completely stopped working, would not even do the rinse cycle. At this point I just accepted I was out of $85 and did not want to go through the effort of bothering them again. Not saying you will 100% get a faulty product because clearly, some ppl had good experiences. If you're breaks they will easily make it up to you. Im just saying the two that I got did not work and now I have to keep going to the laundro mat and cannot trust any mini portable amazon washing machine because I don't have time to gamble.

Amazing little Washing Machine!
This little Washing Machine is amazing. Its the size of a backpack and can singlehandedly wash most of my clothes! I've had it for over a year now and it does not quit! Saved me so much money instead of the laundromat. I highly recommend this product! Only thing that happened in its year of service, is a misaligned hood latch. Use's very little water. Dryer works, but I usually just hang dry.

Don’t overestimate it but don’t dismiss it either!
Nice machine. It’s common sense, but don’t expect it to function like a commercial washer. There is still quite a bit of work you have to do in order to use it effectively. Pros: -It’s perfect for delicates, infant clothing, washcloths, kitchen and hand towels, and at the most in terms of adult clothing a few t-shirts, things like leggings, socks, etc. Maybe a pair or two of pants or a light sweater or fleece but I personally wouldn’t push its limits with heavier items. -Great solution for those who rent apartments that don’t have a washer/dryer or laundry facilities available and need to wash a few needed things. My building’s W/D is in the basement and coin operated, so if I really need a specific item of clothing for work or clean like a hand towel, I can use this little machine instead of wasting $2. I’d rather conserve the money for when I do have time to get downstairs and do a full load. -In that same sense for those in apartments, it’s a good idea for a college student to take with them. It’s not heavy. It’s portable and I imagine it wouldn’t take up too much space in a dormitory. -Tub/basin size is much bigger than expected. Cons: -Again, there’s a bit of work you have to do and it can be tedious. -The hose that is included to hook up to get water in is very skinny and won’t fit most sink taps: it takes a significant amount of time to fill the tub. You’ll either need a bucket to collect water and repeatedly bring it over to pour in or stick it in your shower and run the water to fill that way. But then you’d have to lug it back over to place near your electrical outlet to plug in and run. -As other users have mentioned, do not use too much detergent. If so you’ll have to run it a bunch of times to wash it out or rinse the items yourself. -The spin cycle is helpful but it honestly doesn’t do much. It also overheats slightly so there will be an acrid smell, similar to melted plastic, which isn’t very pleasant. You’ll again just have to double check and wring the items out. -If you overload the basket for said spin cycle, it will not stay put. You can only spin a few small items at a time (underwear, socks, etc) and I definitely would not recommend using the spin cycle for stuff like shirts and pants. You’ll have to wring them out. -The basket gets stuck, probably because water sort of suctions it onto the base or whatever you set the basket on. I have to turn it by hand and pull gently to remove it. -I don’t believe it would be convenient or helpful for seniors or those with disabilities. With all of the work mentioned that you have to do, it would just be too difficult and/or a risk of injury. -The wash cycle is a bit loud, for me at least. Overall, it’s a cute little machine and does its job as long as you do not overestimate it. Good luck!

Washes fine, does not dry
I had used a larger, twin tub portable washer before and so am familiar with how clothes need to be arranged to spin dry, the limits of how dry they can actually get them and the reduced load for drying. That said this is functionally useless as a dryer, I have found it much simpler and more effective to let clothes hang for five minutes over the bathtub after washing and then wring them out by hand before putting them on the rack to dry fully. In terms of washing it does a fine job with small items, socks, underwear, tshirts, shorts, pillowcases. You can't wash much at once but that should be expected with something like this. Mine does leak something fierce so if you can't put it somewhere to catch the water then avoid. Generally I put my clothes and powder detergent in, add hot water, wash for the entire 10 minutes the timer runs then put it on again for 5 minutes. Empty and rinse with clean cold water for 10 minutes. Dry as described above, not bothering with the function in the machine itself. Gets most things clean enough. 3 stars for being a functional washer but no functional drying. TLDR: Doesn't dry, does wash acceptably. For small loads of small clothes is viable, very much not a laundrette or full washing machine replacement.

Great when it works
Used 2 x and it stopped agitating and wouldn't work. Figured out the belt came off and it worked again but it keeps coming off when I use the spin cycle. Will update when the company gets back to me. It's great when it works though. Got my clothes very clean. Just can't take alot of clothes. If you do jeans just do one pair and maybe a shirt. And do one item at a time in the spin cycle. Update: 1 contacted Amazon for a replacement will update rating to see if new unit works better! Update2 got the new washer and it broke on the 2nd wash. I only put one towel in and it couldn't even Handle that. So sad cause when the washer works it's pretty good at cleaning. Sounds like they need to take this off the market and rethink things through better with quality parts that can withstand at least a towel and a better belt that won't come off all the time.

Great machine. Well worth the money!
This machine is great! I am used to washing laundry by hand because I hate going to the laundromat. So, compared to washing by hand... it's wonderful. I have back issues and walk with a walker and found this easy to use. I put in 2 shirts, a light pair of pants and some socks. I did end up rinsing twice but that's ok. I put it on the counter next to my sink and used a pitcher to fill each time. I wasn't expecting the spin cycle to do much but was quite surprised by how well it does! You can only put in a small amount in the spin basket but I didn't find that a problem. Then I hung the things I washed on hangers and they dried overnight! This machine is awesome and I highly recommend if you hate laundromats!

Merveilleux!!!

Buena potencia del motor.
Llevo usándola unas cuantas veces y funciona bastante bien. Solo una ocasión parece que se calentó un poco el motor y no te deja usarla hasta que se enfríe nuevamente. Por todo lo demás excelente.

it is good
This washes really well, the spin part is not that great but it helps a little, wringing out items first does make a difference
