A real shame it’s otherwise a brilliant product well thought out seamless homekit integration and a nice app. Unfortunately the lock is extremely fragile and often breaks during installation, of course Amazon don’t care so you’ll just end up with a 500$ paper weight. Just stick to a regular lock.

This lock is great and I highly recommend! - Appearance - the look of the lock is nice and sleek and not bulky like some of the other locks I've seen (and use - I have the Schlage Encode for one of our doors). - Application - the Lock app used to connect the lock was simple and straightforward - Installation - this lock was very easy to install; the only issue I have is the strike plate is larger, so need to widen the frame to fit it in (Prior reviews talk about an extender - I didn't need it, but it did come with an extender for the bolt)

This is a very nice “smart” lock! I love walking up to my door and having it automatically unlocked, especially with a baby or bunch of groceries in my arms. Everyone needs this lock. It has great features to share with family and friends that need access to the house as well. There are many options for entry including touch, auto-lock/unlock, physical key and even links!

The lock works great, I have connected it to HomeKit and enabled automatic lock/unlock and I don't even need to take my phone to open/close the door. Haven't hit any problems so far, I had to do calibration after lock installation though.
